Warm, clear, and professional guidelines for our valued customers.

1. Exchange Policy

  • At Maison Ells, we do not offer refunds. We accept exchanges only.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days from delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Damage caused after wear will not be considered a defect.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability or equal value items.
  • If replacement is lower value, balance will not be refunded.
  • Sale, discounted, and clearance items are final sale.
  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
  • Return details will be shared once requests are approved.
  • Offline or pop-up sales are final.
Non-Acceptable Reasons
  • Change of mind or color preference.
  • Dislike of material or design.
  • No longer wanting the item.
  • Purchasing for another person and it does not fit.
  • Size issues (please refer to size chart).
  • Damage caused after wearing.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • All orders are final once payment is completed.
  • No cancellations or modifications can be made after checkout.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Ensure all shipping details are accurate before order.
  • Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri) only.
  • Orders placed on weekends process next working day.
  • Malaysia: 3–5 working days.
  • International: 7–14 working days.
  • Tracking details provided once dispatched.
  • Maison Ells is not responsible for courier delays.

4. Customs & Shipping Issues

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once orders are handed over to the courier, Maison Ells is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
